do:
bind  /mnt/term/dev/cons /dev/cons 
bind  /mnt/term/dev/consctl /dev/consctl 
bind -a /mnt/term/dev /dev

then start rio.
www.9grid.us doesn't seem to be configured like my home 'grid' :-)
