I already updated the wiki page; also have changed the irc network to
irc.oftc.net due to recent restrictions on non-registered users and
other problems in irc.freenode.org

I hope everyone is OK with that.

Also I would like to use this opportunity to announce #plan9.es also in
irc.oftc.net, a channel for Spanish speaking 9fans.
