first version, no auth, only reading, not even seek.
(easy to extend, but no time now, and maybe someone likes to play...)

needs tcl 8.5 alfa/beta for 'chan create' support.

the main.tcl in the directory gives some idea of how to use it.


thanks to tim for his python p9 on which this is based.
