Subject: [9fans] p9trace bootes31
Date: Wed, 25 Apr 2007 02:29:01 -0400	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20070425062858.EDC151E8C60@holo.morphisms.net> (raw)

The Plan 9 file system traces used for the analysis
in the venti paper have been (and still are) available at
ftp://plan9.bell-labs.com/p9trace/ for five years now.

Due to an unfortunate sequence of magnetic media
failures, it appears that a 140kB or so section of one of
the files -- p9trace/bootes/bootes31 -- has been lost.

If you downloaded and saved a copy of the traces
and still have a bootes31 that matches the checksum
in bootes31.md5, please contact me off list.

Thanks.
Russ
