Hi folks,
you probably remember my recent announce of my libixp fork.
To avoid conflicts I've just renamed it to libmixp.
libmixp is mostly the same as libixp, but some bit incompatible.
Concurrent installs of libixp and libmixp shouldn't make any problem.
Most important differences from libixp are:
* easier makefiles
* supports DESTDIR installing (for packaging)
* supports passing separate install dirs via environment/cmdline
* supports clean (sysroot'ed) crosscompiling
* provides pkg-config descriptor
* installs public include files under subdir 9p-mixp (instead directly /usr/include)
You can grab it via CVS:
