The displays may be print-quality (2000dpi) and the touch layer supposedly able to read fingerprints, but that's not far beyond current tech. Superluminal signalling signalling seems not to require much power as the tiny com badges feature delay-free communication at least as far as lunar orbit. Yes I've done this before. :)

Yeah, a couple of short steps from here and I'm sure I'd find myself arguing something highly controversial, (via political reasons for the vulnerable centralised computer architecture,) so I'll shut up now.
