I will take a look but don't hold your breath; my plate is
already full.

One further issue is whether go has any other bison
dependencies.

They lost me at configure.  Why should a parser generator need
on anything more than string.h, stdio,h and may be stdlib.h is
beyond me.  All it does is manipulate lists, sets and vectors!
