Thanks for the keen eye and the attention to detail.
I believe I have fixed all the toc-related issues now:
https://gitlab.com/edouardklein/11thiwp9_proceedings/-/commit/16fbceaca10c5c783ce6a2a64661bf8b0615a944
The latest typeset version can be found at:
https://gitlab.com/edouardklein/11thiwp9_proceedings/-/raw/master/main.pdf
Could you please check that the issues are indeed fixed ?
I have now idea why page doesnot display it, could somebody firt try if
the new version actually displays now, and if not maybe try to coerce an
error message out of your reader ? The PDF displays on all the PDF
readers I've tried on Linux.
Thanks.
@Skip: once people confirm this version works, could you please upload
it to iwp9.org ?

I can confirm that the proceedings are now much more navigable. The page
label aberration is no longer a problem (other than a visual one).
Thanks for fixing things so quickly!

Had the attendees time to take a snapshot of the whole group? I was
present only for two days, and only grasped some first names here and
there so that, as a result, I can't put a name / an email on half the
attendees I saw.
If there were a photo, with a caption with names, nicknames or
whatever (for the ones accepting this) to help putting a face to a name,
it would be great.
TIA

Mia took nice group pictures of all those who visited the museum.
I think we could put the best one on iwp9.org

I took a few at the hack session on Sunday. I believe everyone consented to
having their pictures taken. I'll post them if nobody objects.
I also took a couple on the second day from the back of the room. These two
would be good training samples for a back-of-the-head image recognition
model :)

Thanks for fixing the proceedings, Edouard!
It was really quite something, to see the incredible amount of time the
program committee put in to making it all work this year. Seeing the
proceedings electronically is the icing on the cake.
Edouard did a terrific job of setting up our conference rooms, in not one,
but two locations!

I started reading this. "Plan 9 Dommed: a review" seems to have a defect some blank space where there should be test.

Edouard, I tried viewing the main.pdf from your gitlab.com repo using
page (9legacy/386 and p9p) and it exists with a "stack underflow"
error. Searching for similar errors, it seems like it is due to the
page command's inability to handle embedded images. I'm not sure if
there's a workaround.

I'm the one to blame, it appears I've messed it up in more ways than
one. I've also had reports of breakage from other people directly by
email.
My apologies. I integrated some post-conferences paper revisions without
checking the final document as I did for the printed version and this
was the cause of some of the issues.
I've uploaded the source here:
https://gitlab.com/edouardklein/11thiwp9_proceedings
and will move it to shithub when I'll have an account.
I'll try to correct some problems on my own, but please feel free to
chime in :)
As Skip said, we'll use templates next year to make things easier for everyone.
