I added 'ip=127.0.0.1 sys=localhost' to the default /lib/ndb/local.

I DO NOT want any DNS server serving it, nor does anyone else I believe.
Don't put in SOA's for it.  Its a convenient local hack, not a part
of DNS.

god no.  those bind dns zone files are just awful.
