The ps2 in the plan9.ini is because the touchpad is ps2. With the same configuration the logitech wheel not goes while the saitek goes perfectly. The Logitech mouse is PS/2?

If you "just" chose "= ps2" as the mouse driver, the wheel is not
honored, see mouse(3). Y= ou can either use "ps2intellimouse", or write
"intellimou= se" to /dev/mousectl later on. At least it was like that for
me.
