Hi,

	anyone boots using the second plan9 partition on a hard disk?
	I think I must be mistaken, but I think the only way to do it
	is to modify 9load to use the "plan9.1" partition instead of
	the "plan9" one. But there must be a easier way. Anyone know of 
	one?

	BTW, I tried setting "plan9.1" as the active partition, but no luck.

hi,

attached is a tarball that contains port/ and plan9pc/ that
have my fixes for ide fileserver operation.  the key letter
for the ide drives is 'h' (vice 'w' for scsi's), and the
drives are numbered 0..3, like h0 is primary master and h2 is
secondary master.  the only filesys config string i've tried
is [h0.0.0h2.0.0], interleaving the pri and sec masters.  i've
not tried any other drive configs yet but they should work.
that i know of there aren't any locking issues remaining but
the ide driver doesn't really do interleaving.. this is just
a basic interface.
