I haven't found MCP, but ESPOL and extended ALGOL manuals
are to be found at Al Kossow's site:

    First off, Colbert doesn't think about spam the way I do (or, most
    probably, the way you do). He likes to call it ''bulk e-mailing,'' for
    starters. And he considers it just one of the many exciting new
    markets available on the Internet. He's the kind of guy who is
    always interrupting himself to tell you about some smart economic
    angle he has figured out, some new edge.

i hope he's excited when the _men in black_ turn up with their MP5-SD3's.

I may have some of the "internals" manuals (blue cover
as opposed to the usual red cover) buried in my archives;
they would be left over from my days at Rice in the late
1960s. Unfortunately it will be quite some time before
I can look for them. If I find them I'll try to get
copies to Al. By the way, I sure hope that somebody is
making an archival backup of his site in case it goes
away some day.
