usb/ether... usb/usbd: ether:
yet no ethernet device shows up. rebooting and
running the old usbd works:
winterville# bind /n/dump/2010/0726/386/bin/usb^U
bind -b /n/dump/2010/0726/386/bin/usb /386/bin/usb
usb/serial: startdevs: opening #0 /dev/usb/ep5.0

no, but there is no device file created, and there is no
ether process started by usbd. but unfortunately, it's
not possible to start usb/serial by hand.

winterville# ps -a | grep usb
