Hi!
I am trying to install plan9 in my PCG-FX105K (uk) laptop and I have a
problem.
I downloaded the diskette (640x480x8 LCD, 1024x768x8 LCD, ...) and I
installed plan9 without problems in graphics mode, but when the
installation is completed and the system reboots fails.
Plan9 boots, in text mode, and when I select the user "glenda" the
graphics mode starts and the LCD turns black.
What can I do.

If you could install in graphics mode, chances are good that the vgadb
in the distribution is not as clever as the one used by the install
image. You'll have to figure a way to overwrite the former with the
latter. Either that or you're restricted to 600x480x8, which sucks.
