Clearly, this calls for an XML-based configuration file, setting the =
environment of each program at startup by patching gnulibc.

I didn't have the energy to make a forced acronym for `bloat', so let's =
just assume I did and that I suggested the configuration files live in =
/etc/bloat, ok?
