Dear all,

With my apologies for the delay, attached are the meeting minutes of the
last three meetings of 2025 of the p9f board.

It's a little bit dry, so the TL;DR is:
- IWP9 preparations are on track;
- thank you for your donations :) we would like to provide travel grants
to IWP9 and finance specific software advances;
- we are looking to build shared infrastructure for the community,
please ping us if you have colo space or spare hardware (Europe or US).

I might be able to get an older (used) server (pure hardware), but I have to ask. That would be in the EU. I'll let you know when I know more.

I was surprised that there's no word about the trademark changes that happened recently. Does that have any implications for us when using the word mark "Plan 9"?
