We have changed plans and the 9con is cancelled. Instead we are trying
to organize  a workshop.

We are planning for 4th and 6th of December 2006. We will announce
it as soon as we have everything tied. Send any articles related to
Plan 9 you have!!!.
Suggestions are welcomed.
