Is there any program to resize images w/o human intervention?
Something like...

resize -r x0 y0 x1 y1 < img > resized

I tried lookman, but didnt tell me about resample.

Works for me:

	cpu% lookman resample
	man 1 resample # resample(1)

You probably need to (re)generate your manual page indices, possibly
regularly from cron.
