I've put a new version of /sys/src/9/pc/etherelnk3.c on sources.
It fixes the problem with the Mini-PCI 3Com adapter found on some
Thinkpads. I'd appreciate anyone who has any other 3Com adapter
testing the new one to verify I haven't broken it for other cards.
