Yes, you can find a mirror of the 2nd ed site at
http://doc.cat-v.org/plan_9/2nd_edition/plan9.att.com/

And the floppy is available at
http://doc.cat-v.org/plan_9/2nd_edition/plan9.att.com/pcdist/ but I
have not tested it, if you do I would love to hear about it.
