When I look my web site using abaco, I see only a part of
the page...
abaco -w http://basalt.cias.osakafu-u.ac.jp/plan9/
The page is written in UTF8.
Very sorry, I don't remember the author in this list.

You are I'am afriad,
pull /sys/include/html.h and
do a mk install in /sys/src/libhtml
then abaco should compile OK.
