Messages are mostly diagnostics and it looks like it's working.
But it also seems that your are not configuring properly your
card: the write error suggests you did a echo to the ctl file of
the card and it was not understood. There's an example file to
config the card at /sys/src/9/bitsy/paqfiles/startip

I installed plan9 on my ipaq but i get this message on boot :
