I've found and fixed the png bug reported by Andrey Mirtchovski.
Also corrected an error in topng(1) for images with width not
divisible by 4.
New version is on sources (the binary for png has been updated
but not topng).
Andrey and I are now working on adding scan line filtering to
png, so don't all rush to replica/pull yet.
