I've submitted a patch for /sys/src/libip/parseether.c which relies on
strtoul(). Is strtoul() (I haven't heard from Doug Gwyn for a long
time) meant to be case sensitive?

PS: In passing, the patch is untested :-( And broken :-( :-( :-(
