I thought something wrong happened to our system. It's too much of junk mails such as MS Custermer, Update, returned mail... As long as the noarchive bit concerns, I believe it's worth to have some test implementation to our fossil server. After that, then we can decide which is better. To have a 'other' file system is not a bad idea at now. Because we have no other choise. However, if we don't have problem when we have that bit installed, it looks like not so cool solution to me.
