Subject: [9fans] password mismatch and drawterm
Date: Tue, 19 Dec 2006 11:47:47 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <7871fcf50612190847hc74fbffw89eb44f6847a07df@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
I've tried to follow the instructions in
<http://plan9.bell-labs.com/wiki/plan9/Drawterm_to_your_terminal> —
which used to work — but I'm unable to log in.
I have an account with tip9ug.jp, and my ~/lib/profile imports my
mailbox. When I log in to my laptop directly I'm asked for my user
name at boot up, and later for my user name at tip9ug.jp and my
password there. When I try to drawterm, the session looks like:
user: chesky
chesky@tip9ug.jp password:
?password mismatch with auth server
chesky@tip9ug.jp password:
This used to work, and I don't remember what settings I've changed to
break this.
