Just busy getting a ``new'' (ok, yet another antique)
machine up and running (as cpu server),
using the same kernel I used for the previous machine.
This kernel is a bit old already (Sep 23 2002).
I'm fiddling with the ISA/PnP soundblaster 64(?) card,
gettting the settings right. So far not (error: #A returns ff)
Tried to look at irq and io settings,
and to my surprise whenever I do:
cat /dev/ioalloc
I get a message printed to the console:
qlock 801aa38f: nlocks 1
Regards,
Axel. (who now goes home; will see possible replies tomorrow)
