By popular demand, filterfs is now on sources.  Pick up the new
/sys/src/cmd/exportfs and read the man page for the -p option.

We're not entirely happy with the syntax nor with the lack of
assistance in writing patterns, but it's been useful as is.
File access permissions will be added later as an optional
third field on the patternfile lines.
