Well, Richard may be out of the world now.
After revision of usbd, it doesn't work anymore.
Additionally, I think it is a personal and experimental version of
USB storage for Plan 9 by Richard. It also has a problem of being
very slow to transfer data. Those are, probably, the reason why
Richard does not make it public yet (Just my guess).
