Yeah, but Plan 9 is "free", at least in scare quotes, and AFAICT Inferno is not. "It runs under Inferno" is therefore considerably materially different than Plan 9. From this it sounds rather as if splufty new applications for Plan 9 are not going to happen, and that new work is all happening over in Inferno land. Is that accurate?
