Subject: [9fans] Booting error
Date: Mon, 23 Apr 2001 09:53:34 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87vgo3h882.fsf@smtp.cwcom.net> (raw)
I have only managed to boot into my plan9 install once, and i _can't_
remeber what i did to get it working......
When i boot, after logging in, and before rio starts i get:
disk/fdisk diskread 68 at 0.446 i/o error
and it just sits there....
Is this to do with my partition table ? the layout of the
sub-partitions ? should i let the thing wait longer ? or is there
something i have missed ?
Any help is appreciated.
