(i just put it in /n/sources/contrib/quanstro/ether8169.c). i never had any trouble with the driver at all. the differences are due to some changes i needed to make to support jumbo frames. i used the linux driver for comparison. one or two of the sources driver's registers may be slightly misset, maybe this driver will work for you (modulo did). - erik
