I stand by "just missed".  Those changes are
too familiar to have been ignored.  Probably I applied
them on my laptop and they never got back to the
real file server.  I wrote the replica(8) tools for
a reason.

In any event, the patch is applied now.

If you update, you'll get a new format that
has both your patch and my fix from earlier
tonight.  Do you still see the problem when
you run that format?  If so, run format with
the -v flag and let me know what you see.
