Once, long ago, I found a copy of the ATAPI spec that did not require
me sending $$$ to T13. Anybody seen that lately or have a link?

I had a whole mirror of t13.org's documents.
At one point you could actually download the spec under some user's
directory on their FTP. I'm sure they're still there in some form or
another.

revealed a number of likely candidates. Including "ATA Packet
