Date: Sun, 22 Feb 2004 09:51:00 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <91797e14cbea2663762dabb87fc25ca4@plan9.bell-labs.com> (raw)

I have one of these, with a GeForce4 Nvidea card and DVI cable.
There are two problems:
1. the display is offset downward by 5 pixels (i.e., the bottom 5
display lines in rio are invisible). This is independent of bits per pixel.
The top 5 lines of the display show a dashed line of `rio screen-edge blue'
   on a `rio grey' background.
2. hwblank is on, but the monitor only goes back. The backlight doesn't
turn off and the monitor doesn't go into screen-saver mode.

I have another, identical, GeForce4 Nvidea card with a different DVI display
where neither problem occurs.

Does anyone have ideas?

	Sape
