[9fans] ape/psh (still) can't exec in 9vx

Hi,

This was discussed about a year ago.

I ran into the same problem when trying to use 9vx 0.12 (from the
tarball) with a Plan9 ISO image found at http://www.kix.in/plan9/plan9.iso.bz2
(mounted it via loop and extracted all files into a root directory for
9vx, made them writable).

I followed the recommendation to rebuild ape, rebuild was without any
errors, but unfortunately I still see the same

/bin/sh XXX: cannot execute - Access denied

XXX is any program I am trying to run from ape/psh.

Has anyone else run into this recently?

OK, maybe I just did not complete the whole thing.
