Local replica DB mismatches can be handled like pull conflicts: with
either -s path or -c path.
In this particular case "replica/pull -ssys/src /dist/replica/network"
should suffice.

BTW, /dist/replica/network automatically toogles fossil in -AWP mode
in /srv/replica
