I attempted to put this up as a pull request to 0intro/plan9 but nothing became of it.[1] Erik did this at least in part because an update was needed for the 2.7 Python and Mercurial work that Jeff Sickle did for Plan9 in 2013.[2] They talked about the work at the 8th International Workshop on Plan 9.
