I can confirm this. I don't know how to be sure it is solved, but the problem used to appear after a few minutes of use and, after updating to 3.1, everything has been running fine for a few hours. It would be interesting to know what has changed. I don't think it was a bug in the kernel, since it only happened when running 9vx, but I don't really have the time to investigate it now.
