It looks like Apple pushed Xcode 4.2 to the App Store recently.
That, combined with some recent changes to plan9port,
means that plan9port finally compiles 'out of the box' on Lion.

Many thanks to David Jeannot for his heroic struggles with
Cocoa and Objective C.
