why not use millers Rpi kernel instead? Isn't it also including all the important changes?

I just ported 7c, 7l and 7a from 9front. I'm adjusting libmach,
mkfiles, etc. Porting 9front's aarch64 raspberry pi kernel can be
an oportunity to learn about the kernel design.
