> I wonder who could decide to adopt it on behalf of the community?

As I understand it, this list is not a community, but an anarcho-syndicalist commune.

In which case the executive officer for the week can decide to adopt the new logo, but all decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting, by a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs, but by a two-thirds majority in the case of more major (I ORDER YOU TO BE QUIET - SIGNED BOYD (RIP)).

So my question is, do we need a simple majority to adopt the new logo, or will a two-thirds majority be called for?
