While not a FreeBSD user, the bitbucket repository is:
grep bitbucket ~/inferno-os/.hg/hgrc
default = https://bitbucket.org/inferno-os/inferno-os
Care to elaborate a bit more on what sort of trouble you're having
building Inferno on your system?
