Sometimes the effort involved in making something sufficiently polished for publication is too much, when one is too self-conscious to dump a dog's breakfast for the Internet to vomit over forever (no reflection over David's coding). There isn't a good place to draw that line, Devon, let's just encourage posting, maybe offer to help tidying up. If that doesn't work, then one must just accept the choice made by the originator.
