There are other networks, other protocols, other than tcp and IP. It's one of the advantages of plan 9 that it's easy to try and use new ones. cs could present a different search list when there's only one way to get somewhere. as a quick fix for everything, if you're not using il, remove it from the list in ndb/cs.c, and cs won't suggest it.
