For USB, add this to the TOP of /usr/$user/lib/profile, above the switch but below the other bind lines:

bind -a '#U' /dev
usbd

Type

man -t usb usbd usbdisk | page

for more information on all you can do with USB.

Another question is about USB... I have 'an old machine', where USB is provided as separate PCI card...
Unfortunately,  'man plan9.ini' does not provide too much 'options'/examples about USB card drivers...
Any useful trick here?
