Well,
That definively looks like a kl issue !!!
ipquery compiles by hand with the following command
kl -o k.ipquery ipquery.k /sys/src/libip/classmask.k /sys/src/libip/readipifc.k /sys/src/libip/eipconv.k
I attached /sparc/lib/libip.a
