My brother, who worked in the credit card industry for years, told me there is a term: "Nigerian credit card fraud". No birth certificates in Nigeria. So you get a passport in any name you like. You come over here, set up a boiler room operation, scam a bunch of people, go home and come back under a new name. weird but true. ron
