I've put the massive 'efont' font package on the web. the conversion alone
took two hours, the download is some 67mbytes.

the fonts form (supposedly) the most complete unicode font package available.

ps: there are no screenshots because as soon as I try to cat a file containing
many glyphs Rio dies :)

I'll post a message if I fix the problem (or if I receive a fix -- others
know more about fonts and rio than I do :)
