Ive managed to get dual monitor working with nvidia (well only tested on
a ti4200 with one analog monitor). It was only a quick hack of the driver
to see if I could get the hardware stuff working. Since I havent touched
it for a while, I thought I might as well stick it up if anyone was
desperate for it.
Its just two side by side views on the same frame buffer. To do it I
subverted panning. So to enable it, use panning with a double width frame
buffer, eg. aux/vga -l 1024x768x32 2048x768
If anyone thinks this may be useful and/or has suggestions I might be
willing to do more with it. I only have one monitor so its useless to me.
